Caring for your chair: Avoid placing in direct sunlight, clean frequently using a soft brush on a vacuum, blot any spills with a clean absorbent cloth, wipe the wood clean and avoid using commercial polishes.
Delivery:
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. When we’re ready to dispatch your item you will receive an email containing tracking details and the courier will contact you on the day of delivery with an estimated timeslot. Weekend and pre-selected deliveries are not available.
Delivery Charge: Free delivery to UK Mainland (excludes Northern Ireland and some outlying locations.)
Returns Policy: We offer a no hassle 30 day return policy from the day of delivery providing the item is unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging.
Collection Cost: A £45 charge will be applied for the collection of this item.
Damaged Goods: Our quality control team check each item that has been produced to make sure that it meets our high standards. But if we’ve missed something please do let us know within 30 days so that we can either arrange a full refund for you or send a replacement and collect the damaged goods.
