Returns Policy: If you decide that your new purchase isn’t quite right for your pad, that’s fine, we understand! Please just tell us within 48 hours and we will arrange for the item to be collected from you. Please keep all original packaging.
Once returned to the warehouse and checked by our team, a refund will be issued within 14 working days minus any delivery/collection fees.
Damaged Goods: Our quality control team check each item that has been produced to make sure that it meets our high standards. But if we’ve missed something please do let us know within 48 hours so that we can either arrange a full refund for you or send a replacement and collect the damaged goods.
