Caring for your chair: Avoid placing in direct sunlight, clean frequently using a soft brush on a vacuum, blot any spills with a clean absorbent cloth, wipe the wood clean and avoid using commercial polishes.

Delivery: 5-7 working days
Once despatched you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details and the courier will text/email on the day of delivery with an estimated time slot. Please note that a pre-selected date or weekend delivery is not possible on the standard service. If this is required, we can upgrade the delivery service at an additional cost. Delivery Charge: Free delivery to UK Mainland (excludes Northern Ireland and some outlying locations.)

Returns Policy: If you decide that your new purchase isn’t quite right for your pad, that’s fine, we understand! So we won’t charge a collection fee. But we do ask that you help us and consider the environmental impacts of unwanted goods. We’re more than to answer any questions or send out fabric samples to help you pick just the right product for your home.
Damaged Goods: Our quality control team check each item that has been produced to make sure that it meets our high standards. But if we’ve missed something please do let us know within 30 days so that we can either arrange a full refund for you or send a replacement and collect the damaged goods.
