Returns Policy: If you decide that your new purchase isn’t quite right for your pad, that’s fine, we understand! So we won’t charge a collection fee. But we do ask that you help us and consider the environmental impacts of unwanted goods. We’re more than to answer any questions or send out fabric samples to help you pick just the right product for your home.
Damaged Goods: Our quality control team check each item that has been produced to make sure that it meets our high standards. But if we’ve missed something please do let us know within 30 days so that we can either arrange a full refund for you or send a replacement and collect the damaged goods.
