Delivery
Delivery: Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. The courier will then contact you with a proposed delivery date. Once a date is agreed they will ring you half an hour before delivery.
Delivery Charge: Free delivery to UK Mainland (excludes Northern Ireland and some outlying locations.) -
Returns
Returns Policy: If you decide that your new purchase isn’t quite right for your pad, that’s fine, we understand! Please just tell us within 48 hours and we will arrange for the item to be collected from you. Please keep all original packaging.
Once returned to the warehouse and checked by our team, a refund will be issued within 14 working days minus any delivery/collection fees.
Damaged Goods: Our quality control team check each item that has been produced to make sure that it meets our high standards. But if we’ve missed something please do let us know within 48 hours. We will then arrange for the item to be collected and will either refund or arrange for a replacement to be sent.
